Our Network
Our
Network Operations Center is connected via an OC192 fiber Optic
connection to Verizon. We utilize redundant 45mbps connections
through Sprint, WorldCom and AT&T. For redundancy, we are
currently running BGP4 (border gateway routing protocol) to
maintain speed and reliable uptime numbers. If one backbone line
goes down, it will balance the load to the other(s). If one line
gets congested, it will load balance (evenly distribute) the
traffic.
24/7/365 Monitoring
The network infrastructure is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
We use industry-standard SNMP (Simple Network Management
Protocol) and provide round-the-clock monitoring of all
hardware, including routers, switches, UPS systems, and
servers.
Security
Access to our Network Operations Center is monitored by
qualified personnel 24 hours a day, every day.
